TERMS

The rules of the road,
plainly.

What Loudify is today, what it will be at launch, what we promise and what we don't, and what we ask of you in return. Written for humans, not lawyers — counsel can tighten the language before launch day.

The service

What Loudify is today

Loudify writes launch posts for Filipino tech builders. You hand it a GitHub repo or a product URL and it writes a launch tweet for you to post from your own account. Loudify does not publish to X on your behalf, and does not connect to your X account. Free works today at one launch post a week. Pro ($29/mo) and Team ($99/mo) are available now.

What we expect to ship at launch

Loudify runs three tiers — Free ($0), Pro ($29/mo) and Team ($99/mo) — as described on /pricing. Free is usable without a card. Pro adds a launch post a day and the analytics dashboard. Team is done-with-you: everything in Pro, plus launch posts written with you by hand and amplified from our own account. Team is onboarded by hand.

What Loudify is not

Loudify is not legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice. The content we generate is marketing copy for your project. If you need regulatory or financial guidance, talk to a professional. Loudify is also not a substitute for following X's terms yourself — when you connect an account at launch, you're still bound by X's platform rules.

No current fees

Joining the waitlist is free

Free costs nothing and never asks for a card. You're only charged if you choose Pro or Team and complete checkout.

You only pay if you pick a tier at launch

If you choose a paid tier (Pro or Team) when we go live, you'll see the price and the billing terms on the checkout page before any money moves. Until that explicit step, you owe us nothing.

You can leave at any time

During pre-launch, you can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send. After launch, you can downgrade to Free or cancel a paid subscription from your account settings and the cancellation is immediate.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If a charge goes wrong, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it.

No guarantee on launch date

We say "soon" when we're asked

"Soon" is the honest answer to "when does Loudify launch?" We don't have a fixed date, and the launch could slip for any reason — engineering, compliance, or just wanting to ship something we'd be proud to put our name on.

We don't guarantee a fee schedule

The prices on /pricing are the prices today. If they change, we'll email existing subscribers before the change takes effect.

We don't guarantee early-access perks stay available

The extended Pro trial and discounted first Team month we mention on /FAQ are early-access perks for waitlist subscribers. They're real, but the specific shape of them is the launch email's job to define — not this page's.

Acceptable use

Keep what you send us lawful and yours

When you use Loudify (today or after launch), the project URL or text you hand the agent must be yours to share. Don't paste code, copy, or product descriptions that belong to someone else, and don't use the agent to publish anything that would be unlawful for you to publish on your own X account.

Don't try to break the agent

No scraping, no prompt injection against the generator, no rate-limit abuse, no attempts to extract other users' waitlist rows or generated drafts. If you find a real bug, tell us — we'd rather fix it than chase you.

Don't use it to spam

Loudify exists to amplify launches, not to automate harassment, astroturfing, or bulk low-quality posting. X's platform rules still apply to every tweet we publish, and we're a bad fit if you need that.

Acceptance

By signing up or using the site, you accept these terms

Submitting any form on this site, clicking Publish on a generated tweet, or using the agent after launch counts as accepting these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service — the contact address at the bottom of this page is the right channel if you want to talk through a concern before signing up.

Changes

We may update these terms

As Loudify grows from a pre-launch waitlist to a paid service, these terms will change. When we update them, we'll post the new version at this URL with a revised "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also go out in the pre-launch email cadence so waitlist subscribers see them before they take effect.
