Typically monthly, never more than weekly. Plain text, no tracking pixels, written by a real person on the team.
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. It goes straight to our /api/unsubscribe endpoint and removes you immediately. There's no second-confirmation step and no "but wait" page.
Reply to any email we've sent you, or use the contact link at the bottom of this page, and say you want to cancel. We stop the next renewal the same day. There's no account to log into — Loudify runs through email today, and cancelling is a one-line message, not a retention maze. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for and nothing renews after that.
